    Many people ask how to get motivated to go to the gym and eat healthy.

    Living a healthy lifestyle is so much more than being motivated.

    It’s also so much more than gym time and nutrition.

    What’s A Healthy Lifestyle About?

    It’s about having an overall feeling of well being: mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and energetically.

    It’s about discipline and consistency.

    Motivation is a feeling.

    Discipline is a habit.

    Consistency is where the change takes place.

    You can make healthy lifestyle changes with or without motivation.

    To stay consistent, you must have discipline.

    Consistency is the key to change.

    Discipline + Consistency = Change.

    Change is good.

    Where Do You Start To Have A Healthy Lifestyle?

    In order to be disciplined, you need to find your “why”.

    This needs to be a sentence that forces your soul to light up.

    Encourages you even in the darkest moments.

    This sentence will be your mantra.

    Say it out loud to yourself. Every time you don’t want to go to the gym. Or when you want those extra calories that you don’t really need.

    It needs to light up your heart chakra.

    For me, my “why” is because my life and your life depend on it.

    With my career, I need all five bodies to be healthy without blockages so I can do my job.

    I have kids to mom and you have lives to live.
